Man Released on Bail After Brandishing Firearm During Argument

In court Dr Richard Sladden represented a 64-year-old man who admitted to threatening another individual with a firearm. Dr Sladden requested a pre-sentencing report to provide the Court with additional context surrounding the incident, with the Court granting this request. The Court also accepted Dr Sladden’s request for bail, while also issuing a protection order for the victims.
