Sladden & Sladden Advocates offer an array of legal and advisory services both in Malta and internationally. Our firm is a family-run Malta-based firm established in 1998. During our vast years of experience, we have garnered experience and assisted clients in various areas of law.

Our offices in Malta’s capital city Valletta, and Rabat serve as a base for giving the best service possible. Our firm fosters integrity, loyalty, dedication, and personal care, ensuring every case receives the attention it requires. Specializing in civil law and family law, we also provide expert guidance in other legal areas, always tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Being a small, family-run practice is a deliberate choice rather than a stage on the way to becoming a larger one. Every matter is handled personally by a named advocate, and the person you meet at the first consultation is the person who conducts your case.

Our history
- 1995
Dr Richard Sladden and Dr Sandra Sladden are admitted to the Bar and begin practising at leading Maltese firms.
- 1998
The couple found Sladden & Sladden Advocates, with its base in Valletta.
- 2020
Dr Sandra Sladden is appointed as one of the Court’s Children’s Advocates, a post she still holds.
- 2025
Dr Alec Sladden is admitted to the Bar, joining the firm as its second generation.
