- Yes, and it is usually money well spent. We will identify what the terms actually commit you to, what is missing, and which points are realistically negotiable.
- Do you act for businesses based outside Malta?

- Is litigation always the answer to a commercial dispute?
- No, and we will say so. Arbitration, mediation and negotiated settlement are frequently faster and cheaper. We advise on the realistic commercial outcome, not only the legal one.
